The New York City HRA Document Upload App for Android and iOS allows you to submit documents such as paystubs or bills to your SNAP/Food Stamps or Cash Assistance case in just a few easy steps. You can also check the EBT balance and Recent payments, and Upcoming appointments.
This app is designed for people in New York City who are involved in the food-stamp and cash-assistance programs and who want to do more than just submit documents.
The documents you submit will be checked and, if they are valid, will be used to make a decision about your eligibility. If you are eligible, you will receive a notification that you are eligible and will be able to proceed to the next step. If you are not eligible, you will be notified and the reason for your ineligibility will be explained.
NYC HRA Document Upload is a simple way for people in New York City to provide copies of important eligibility documents connected to their SNAP/Food Stamps or Cash Assistance case.
